A Kentucky woman has been charged with murder after her mother's body was found dismembered and "cooked" in an oven inside their home.32-year-old Torilena Fields has been indicted on multiple charges, including murder, abuse of a corpse, tampering with physical evidence, torturing of a dog with serious physical injury or death and obstructing governmental operations.Warning: Some of the contents in this story are graphic or disturbing in nature.According to the indictment, Torilena allegedly shot her mother, Trudy Fields, in the head and stabbed her multiple times.The indictment also alleges Torilena dismembered her mother's body by "placing her head, hands, feet and forearms in a pot in the oven and heating them until they were charred."It's also alleged in the indictment that between Oct. 8 and Oct. 9 she "intentionally tortured and killed a domestic dog."A citation filed last week provided additional disturbing details surrounding the discovery and arrest. According to the citation, a repair worker arrived at the residence along Brierly Ridge Road in Robertson County to "work on a building for the property owner" and believes a body found at the home is that of the property owner, Trudy Fields.The citation states KSP troopers responded and found a "dismembered body" lying behind the residence along with a "blood-stained mattress" and "blood on the back porch" and "threshold of the back door."The citation states troopers observed "drag marks" in the grass from the residence to the body.According to the citation, the worker told KSP that when they came to the property , the owner's daughter, identified by police as Torilena Fields, was "casting spells on them" and was "being confrontational."KSP's Special Response Team was called in and entered the home. When given commands to leave, Fields would refuse. The SRT used CS gas and a robot to get Fields to come out of the home. The citation states that when she did leave, she "appeared to have blood on her face, hands and clothing." In the citation, KSP stated the body had its arms, legs and head removed and the torso and spine "severed in half and the organs removed."KSP stated in the citation troopers also observed body parts in a folded mattress next to the body and a pot inside the oven that had body parts inside that "appeared to have been cooked."Torilena is set to be arraigned on the new charges on Oct. 23.Family members of the Torilena and Trudy were at the courthouse when the attorneys were discussing charges, telling WLWT that Torilena moved to California a few years ago to be an actress but was recently involved in a motorcycle accident where she suffered brain damage.The family members said they were unaware she was back in Kentucky. "Obviously, everybody's angry and confused and stuff at why, you know, but how do you say, 'I'm so sad and I want justice for my family member, but I'm so sad because is my other family member, not okay?'" Olivia Brock, the victim's niece, said.
